Refund policy

1. Discovery

Cancel before the first working session and we'll refund the Discovery fee in full. After the first session, Discovery fees aren't refundable, because the work is delivered within the week.

2. AI Automation and MVP builds

• Before work starts: a full refund of any amount paid.
• After work starts: we refund what you've paid beyond the value of the milestones started or completed, as set out in your statement of work. Delivered work isn't refundable.
• If something we delivered doesn't match the agreed scope, we'll fix it first (see the warranty in our Terms of service).

3. Installment plans

If a project on an installment plan ends early, the same rule applies: payments made are set against work done. If you've paid more than the value of the work done, we refund the difference. If you've paid less, the balance for completed work is due before code and IP transfer.

4. Care plans

• Monthly plans: the current month isn't refundable. You can cancel any time before the next billing date.
• Annual plans: if you cancel, we refund the unused full months, after recalculating the months you used at the monthly price (that is, without the 10% annual discount).
• Unused hours aren't refunded and don't carry over.

5. Extra hours

Hours already worked aren't refundable.

6. Partnership pricing

Refunds for partnership projects follow the written partnership agreement.

7. How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually through Stripe, within 10 business days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. We don't charge a fee for refunds.
