MVP builds6–10 weeks

An MVP that's live in six weeks, and still standing at v2

We build the smallest version of your product that real users will pay for or come back to. Then we make sure it's measured, stable and easy to extend.

A good fit if

  • You've validated the problem and need a product people can use
  • You need to show traction to customers or for your next round
  • You've been quoted six months and want to launch this quarter

What we build

MVP Launch covers one core user journey, designed and built end to end, as a web app or a cross-platform mobile app. MVP Standard adds what a business needs to run: user accounts, payments and subscriptions, and an admin panel for your team.

We decide the scope with you in writing before we start, and we'll argue for cutting anything that doesn't help you learn from users in the first month.

What you get

  • Product design for every screen in scope
  • A web app (Next.js) or cross-platform mobile app (React Native)
  • Analytics, error tracking and uptime monitoring from day one
  • Production deployment on infrastructure you own
  • A repository in your GitHub organisation, with docs
  • 30 days of bug fixes after launch

How a 6-week MVP ships

Every Friday you see working software. Here's what each week delivers.

  1. Week 1

    Scope and design

Kickoff workshop, user flows and a clickable prototype. You sign off the scope in writing before we build.

Friday demo: A clickable prototype of the core journey

  2. Week 2

    Foundations

A repository in your GitHub organisation, automated deploys, a staging environment, sign-in and analytics wired up.

Friday demo: A staging link you can open on your phone

  3. Week 3

    Core feature

The main user journey, built end to end on staging with real data, not mock screens.

Friday demo: The first complete flow, start to finish

  4. Week 4

    Complete the journey

Edge cases, emails and notifications, payments if they're in scope, and the admin basics your team needs.

Friday demo: The full journey, including the awkward paths

  5. Week 5

    Harden

Testing with real users, performance and error tracking, and App Store or Play Store submission if it's a mobile app.

Friday demo: A release candidate, with the test notes

  6. Week 6

    Launch

Production deploy, handover docs, a launch-week checklist, and a call to plan what v2 should be.

    Friday demo: Your product, live

Scope we cut on purpose, so the price stays honest.

Not included

  • Brand identity and logo design (we'll work with yours, or a simple wordmark)
  • Separate native iOS and Android codebases
  • App Store and Play Store developer fees, hosting and third-party subscriptions
  • Marketing content and launch campaigns

Questions

Six weeks seems fast. What's the catch?

The scope. Six weeks holds when the MVP is one core journey. Discovery tells you honestly whether yours fits, and MVP Standard covers the bigger cases in 8–10 weeks.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes: 3 monthly payments (+5%) or 6 monthly payments (+8%), at 0% interest, arranged with us directly. The first payment is due at signing.

What stack do you use?

Usually Next.js and TypeScript on the web, React Native for mobile, and Postgres. We'll pick something else if your team or product needs it, and explain why.

Will my project get your attention if you have your own startups?

We take on a limited number of client builds at a time, each with a dedicated delivery schedule and weekly demos.
